Motherhood Event Information

Step 1: Scheduling your Session

To schedule your session you will choose a time from the Mini Session booking link. Before your session is confirmed you will need to pay the $75 non refundable creative fee to hold your spot and sign the agreement. These 10 minute Mommy & Me Mini Sessions are held in the studio and you will be sent a style guide to help you prepare for your session. Wardrobe is available for moms and children under 5 and is highly encouraged so you look your best. Within a couple of weeks of your session you will receive a slideshow of all the edited images from our time together. You will have 24 hours to choose a collection and a month to choose your images and use your print credit.

This year you can also choose to add on a family picture with your spouse included at the end of your session for an additional $250.

Step 2: The Session Itself

A few days before our session is scheduled, I'll reach out to confirm our time and location details... this is also the perfect time to ask any last minute questions.

Mini photo sessions do have a 10 minute time limit. So if you are running late it is very important that you let me know. While I will do all I can to be flexible there will be another client scheduled after you so your time will be cut short. Finally, take a breath and relax... we won't have a lot of time for breaks but the whole thing will be over before you know it! If you don't think 10 minutes will give you or your child enough time please consider scheduling a petite session instead.

This Motherhood event is geared towards moms. If you are pregnant with your first child this is still for you! Maternity, babies, school aged kiddos; moms of all stages are welcomed.

Step 3: The Fun Part!

Within just a couple of weeks of your session, you'll receive an email from me letting you know that your photos are ready. You'll have a chance to marvel at your images for a bit in a slideshow, and then choose which collection you want to purchase. After that, you'll have a full month to select the specific digital files and order any products you would like... zero pressure!

Non Refundable Creative Fee $75

Wardrobe for the mommy and me sessions is provided by the studio and while not required highly encouraged. Digital files are available for purchase after your session. You can purchase in blocks of 1, 5 or all. The non-refundable creative fee is due upon scheduling your session and holds your spot, this does not go towards the purchase of digitals or products. Digital files must be purchased within 24 hours of seeing your slideshow. You will have a full month to choose which files and product you'd like to add on.

Again this year if you'd like to include your spouse at the end of the session for a family photo you can add on for $250.

If something comes up and you cannot make the motherhood event you can apply your creative fee to a petite or signature session at a later date. There will be no refunds nor can it be applied to another mini session.
