Blooming Baby Girl in the NICU

Meeting beautiful babies in the NICU is what makes my heart sing.  I met this beautiful flower at the University of Minnesota Masonic NICU.  During the summer siblings get to visit too and it's so fun to watch them meet their baby's.  On average toddlers have about a 5 second tolerance level for the new baby.  It's fun to get them to help and tell me whether baby smells like strawberries or stinky feet.  You'd be surprised at how "stinky" newborn babies are.  haha!  As you scroll through see if you can spot the love.  It's hard to miss.

I've been photographing a lot of newborns and fresh 48 sessions (and of course NICU's) lately and it's really made me nostalgic and remembering when my babies were born and how they've grown up with each other.  My kids are 13 & 12 and though those baby and toddler years are far far behind us I still look back fondly on them and photographing all these growing families has really been special.

Let's get to the good stuff and let me share this beautiful NICU baby and her adorable big brother.

*I'm sharing at the end of this post a link to a wedding photographer over in the UK.  Scroll to the end to access it.

Want to see what a hospital session looks like that is not a NICU.  Fresh 48 sessions are so special and I believe everyone should add them on to their newborn sessions.  Click here to see more beauty.  FRESH 48

As promised go check out Northumberland wedding photographer Fiona Saxton, she's sharing a lovely wedding because you know before the baby in the baby carriage is love and marriage.
