One such session involved a brave little boy, his loving parents, and the compassionate care at Minneapolis Children's Hospital.

This little boy's story began on August 20, 2023, when he was born at just 26 weeks and 1 day, weighing only 2 pounds. His early arrival came after his mother experienced Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes (PPROM) at 25 weeks, leading to an unexpected and early delivery. Despite the challenges, his parents remained hopeful and optimistic, and their love and determination shone brightly during our NICU photo session on October 10th.

His mother shared, "At 25 weeks pregnant, I had PPROM (Aka my water broke way too early). I was admitted with hopes I would stay pregnant and hospitalized till baby was 34-36 weeks. Our baby had other ideas. At 26 weeks and 1 day (8/20/2023), he was born at 2 lbs. So far, he’s doing well but has a long road ahead in the NICU."
